These terms cover your use of Earful (earfulhq.com) and the reports you buy from us. By running a scan or ordering a report, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to [email protected].

What Earful does

Earful reads the public App Store and Google Play reviews of an app you choose and turns them into a report: the main problems people write about, how often, how they change over time and, if you add them, how competitors compare. The quick scan ($1) shows the top three issues. The full report is a longer document delivered by private link and PDF.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep access to that account; anyone who can sign in to it can see your scans and reports. You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Payment

Prices are shown before you pay and are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record: Polar charges your card, issues the receipt and handles sales tax or VAT. Polar's own terms apply to the payment itself.

Delivery

A quick scan usually finishes within a few minutes. A full report usually takes 5 to 20 minutes, and we email you the link when it is ready. If anything goes wrong on our side, you get either the report or a full refund within 24 hours. See the refund policy.

What the report is, and isn't

Reports are built from public reviews with automated analysis and checked against the review counts they are based on. They describe what reviewers wrote; they are not a survey of all your users, and they can contain mistakes. Treat them as input for your own decisions. We do not promise any particular business result from acting on a report.

Review text belongs to its authors and is quoted briefly, without author names, to show what a theme looks like in practice.

Using your report

You may use, share and present your reports inside your company and with your advisers, investors and partners. Please don't resell them or publish them as a data product of your own.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or scrape the service, get around payment, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or close access if this happens.

Liability

Earful is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.
